As a company we are fully aware of the environmental impact that an event can have and we do our best to minimise this by employing various methods, including:

  • Using local contractors to reduce delivery miles
  • Encouraging the use of public transport and car share for ticket holders
  • Sourcing of carbon neutral power generation
  • Minimisation of waste by focusing on recycling

We can advise on many ways to reduce the carbon impact of both an event and the audience that attends it and are currently in the planning process of acquiring BS8901 – Sustainable Event Management.

Safety for all those involved in or affected by an event is paramount. GMC takes its responsibilities very seriously and ensures that safety is never compromised. We ensure that:
