Festival Awards 2009

Last Thursday was the 2009 Festival Awards in the O2 Arena with the who's who of the UK festival scene in attendance. GMC were present courtesy of Standon Calling which was nominated for 2 awards, unfortunately we won neither, but we were well recognised for a small festival throughout the evening.
There was a great bunch of people up there and it was great to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones, we are looking forward to what the 2010 UK festival scene has to offer and GMC will be there in force.
Thanks to the organisers for a great evening and to all that had to put up with my poor chat towards the end of the night.
