We are a live event management and site management specialist organisation who have the knowledge and skills required to deliver memorable, successful events which satisfy the needs of our clients, and exceed the desires/expectations of their audiences.
We produce events of all sizes from locally based community events, street carnivals to music festivals of all sizes. We also have experience in producing bespoke alpine winter sports sporting events and snow ramps.
GMC was established in Bristol in 2005. Its director, Graham MacVoy has over 17 years’ experience in the events industry.
The GMC team work confidently with public sector clients, promoters, top brands and community led organisations to generate concepts and produce events in the areas of music, culture and sport in the UK and abroad.
Our experienced staff are regularly utilised in larger management teams to provide their expertise at events including major summer music festivals, specialised winter sporting events and large scale public sector projects.

Graham began his events career delivering pro-snowboard and extreme sports events in the Alps, where he lived for 10 years, working with major brands such as Nike, XBOX and Oakley.
On his return to the UK in 2005 Graham established GMC Concepts & Events Ltd. Over the eight years GMC has operated the business has developed reputation through working with brands, promoters and local authorities delivering successful events which always have the consumer and client in mind.
This success has recently seen Graham site manage some of the UK’s major festivals such as Rockness and Creamfields.
With strong relationships and a reliable service he looks forward to seeing GMC grow in the future.
Iain began his events career studying event management at university achieving a 2:1 in the course. Throughout his studies he completed work placements and paid positions for some of Scotland’s top live event management organisations including: DF Concerts, Unique Events, Regular Music, Celtic Connections and Loudsound Events.
Upon graduation Iain now works for GMC, advancing and event managing shows including Standon Calling and Onefest as well as being contracted out to clients to fill specific roles such as recently working as a Site Coordinator at two of the UK’s major festivals, Rockness and Creamfields.
